Cesarean birth support

As a cesarean mama myself, I have taken great pride in the ways I show up and support women planning a cesarean birth. Cesareans are birth, too, and you deserve to go in feeling empowered, prepared, and surrounded by support. Cesarean support can take many forms but key components include:

  • Cesarean education

  • Preference planning

  • In person support the day of your cesarean

  • In hospital support for one of your recovery days in hospital

Cesarean birth is something to be so proud of; It requires serious strength and vulnerability. I would love to support you as you plan for a more uplifting experience with your baby in the OR.

POSTPARTUM DOULA support

The postpartum doula steps in when many others step out. The job is to show up in support of a postpartum mother to offer emotional, physical, and logistical support as you transition into motherhood.

The postpartum doula wears many hats. She may support through light housekeeping tasks, supporting new siblings, and/or with infant care, but her main job is to surround a new mother with the kind of care and connection she requires for a healthy and empowered fourth trimester.
