“It’s impossible to put into words just how grateful I am to be able to work with Kaitlyn and have her lead my postpartum fitness journey. Kaitlyn’s approach to training me felt totally specialized and specific to my needs, meeting me where I was physically and emotionally, and tailoring every workout based on my progress and my body’s needs. Her approach is centered on a deep understanding of what the body goes through in growing and delivering a baby, which I’ve found is a completely unique skillset that is often overlooked or misunderstood across the fitness industry. As a new mom, there are a lot of things I expected to be scary and challenging,  but thanks to Kaitlyn’s expertise, confidence and encouragement, my postpartum fitness and recovery journey wasn’t one of them. Every time I train with Kaitlyn I feel stronger, more capable and have a deeper understanding of and appreciation for my body.”

“By far the best investment I made during my pregnancy was partnering with Kaitlyn as my doula. My only regret is not finding her until my third trimester!

After struggling with infertility for years I was looking to have a birth with as few interventions as possible - not an easy goal these days with a hospital birth! Thanks to Kaitlyn’s comprehensive birth education course and labor support, I was informed, empowered and confident which allowed me to stay in the zone and achieve my goal of an unmedicated birth (1 hour of self-guided pushing, no tearing). Kaitlyn’s unique fitness focused approach was a huge benefit - she advocated for a pushing position that allowed me to tap into my athletic mindset and helped me feel strong and in control - something I am forever grateful for.

And Kaitlyn didn’t just help me! My husband, who was initially on the fence about working with a doula, is still singing her praises. Kaitlyn’s calm demeanor put him at ease as she coached him through various support positions and coping mechanisms which helped him fully show up for me as my partner. And she wasn’t shy about jumping in with counter pressure, massage and ice chips when he needed a break!

From our very first call, we felt an immediate connection with Kaitlyn. She immediately put us at ease and on the big day it felt like we had known each other for years - we spent much of the early stages of labor joking, laughing and dancing in between contractions. She provided invaluable emotional support during the third trimester when I faced prodromal labor and postpartum when I experienced increased anxiety and depression.
Kaitlyn remains a good friend and is a true ally for all women and mothers. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to approach childbirth and motherhood feeling confident and empowered.”
- Kate O.

“I started working with Kaitlyn when I was postpartum after my 2nd c-section delivery. I was looking for someone who could guide me through recovery and rebuilding, as well as a safe and challenging workout, and whose direction I could be confident in. From day one, she was all of those things. Her unique combination of expertise, understanding/compassion and highly-tuned BS-detector (!) enabled me to continue exercising through the regular busy-ness and aches & pains of life (including two carpal tunnel surgeries), and now into my third pregnancy. I am so grateful to have found Kaitlyn, and will continue to tell every woman I know looking for an exceptional trainer that she is second to none.”
- Dana R.

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Kaitlyn. Originally, I came to Kaitlyn as a mom of a 1-yr old looking to regain my strength and the motivation I had pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy. My sessions have been about building on basics to regain strength little by little.  In just a few sessions I noticed a huge difference in my body, as well as my personal motivation to set aside time just for me. Kaitlyn’s focus on your individual needs and care for postpartum recovery is second to none. After only a few months I get excited each time we trade in lighter weights for heavier ones. Kaitlyn constantly reminds me how strong women’s bodies are – I highly recommend training with Kaitlyn for whatever goals you may have.”
- Devin B.

“I was gifted four sessions with Kaitlyn by a good friend while I was about 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Up until that point, I hadn't done much research into birthing tactics, doulas or prenatal workouts (I really just relied on the occasional virtual class when I felt up to it). But after our first session I was hooked. Not only is Kaitlyn extremely knowledgeable about prenatal fitness, she customizes your program to fit where you're at in your pregnancy and what you envision for your birth plan. She is not a one-size-fits-all trainer AT ALL. As someone who didn't love pregnancy, seeing her twice a week gave me a sense of calm, confidence and, dare I say, excitement as I prepped to welcome my little boy into the world.

I also worked with Kaitlyn in a doula capacity, which couldn't have been more helpful. She walked me through all of the decisions I would need to make when it came time and educated me on my rights and when to speak up. In a weird Covid world, she made my pregnancy and feelings feel normal. I can't recommend her highly enough and personally can't wait to get back to my sessions with her once I'm in the clear!”
- Alex N.

“As a first time mom, I had extremely limited knowledge around expectations for pregnancy and my options around birth. Kaitlyn guided me for about 7 months, and I’m so grateful she did. Our regular check-ins leading up to my due date offered a safe space to ask questions and receive unbiased information. I found her so refreshing, especially with the the abundance of information/opinions/fear mongering I was faced with every time I googled!

She helped me create my birth plan and sprinkled in the perfect amount of fitness and mobility tips throughout the pregnancy. I ended up having an abnormally long labor with a complication, and I truly believe her lessons on how to advocate for myself and communicate with my providers helped me to avoid a c-section. In addition to this, the birth positions she was able to guide me into were integral to the progression of my labor!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kaitlyn. Highly recommend using her for your pregnancy journey!”
- Catherine S.

“Kaitlyn is one of a kind. She makes you feel comfortable just by being in the same room as you, she makes you feel more powerful by showing you how to advocate and show up for yourself, and she makes you feel strong by teaching you how to heal your body and mind. Kaitlyn did all of this for me through strength training and attending the delivery of my third baby. There are no guesses in whether you should have Kaitlyn by your side,
the only answer is yes!”
- Michaela D.

“When I found out I was pregnant, one of the first calls I made was to Kaitlyn. I trained with Kaitlyn from the time I was 10 weeks pregnant up until delivery, and it was one of the best investments I could have made. Kaitlyn is knowledgeable, kind, and tough all at once! From day one we started with breath and pelvic floor work, which served me so so well during labor and delivery. The strength training we did kept my body moving, even when I didn’t feel like it, and allowed me to develop the muscles needed to carry my bump (and now newborn) smoothly. When I hit a snag halfway through my pregnancy with severe sciatic pain, Kaitlyn helped me identify periformis syndrome and coached me through stretches and exercises to alleviate the pain. I’d also be remiss not to mention the emotional support Kaitlyn provided, holding space for me to talk about the pregnancy, labor, and delivery - making sure I felt confident and informed heading into the home stretch, checking in on me while I was in the middle of delivery (!) and even (most thoughtfully) postpartum.

Speaking of delivery, I KNOW our training was effective based on the feedback from the nurses and doctor, who after having me give my first push a go commented on how effectively I was using my core, moving the baby up to 2 stations each time. I got through delivery with no major issues and recovered swiftly. I’m confident the road would have been much bumpier had I not had Kaitlyn in my corner, coaching me from literally beginning to end. I am so grateful for all she does!”
- Kate M.

“Kaitlyn is simply the best! I started working out with her early in my pregnancy. Her kind, easy-going demeanor made workouts fun and something I looked forward to each week. In addition to the movements, we worked heavily on breathing techniques and preparing the pelvic floor. This was invaluable preparation for labor! When the big day came, I felt great — strong in my body and confident in my spirit. My husband and I both loved having Kaitlyn with us in the delivery room. Her presence was calming and reassuring and she was great at helping us know and navigate our options. The counter-pressure she applied was also invaluable! I would recommend Kaitlyn to any expectant friend.”
- Jenna C.

“Kaitlyn’s birth prep course was absolutely necessary during my pregnancy!
She taught me everything I needed to know to advocate for myself in the hospital and everything I needed to do to prepare my body for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. She is so enjoyable to work with and talk to, and made me feel very confident giving birth. I would have loved her as a doula too, but being out of town, the birth prep course was a perfect fit for us. I would highly recommend any of her services!”
- Stephanie F

“I had followed Kaitlyn on social media prior to her even becoming a doula, and have always loved her authentic and real take on fitness, which then extended to her approach to childbirth and pregnancy. When I was pregnant with our first child, I knew I wanted a doula on our journey, and I knew I wanted Kaityln to be that guide for us. My husband Jay & I absolutely loved working with her -- she created a safe space free of judgment and one full of curiosity, it truly empowered us to discover our voice in a sea of often conflicting and confusing information. When we found out our baby was in breech (she was so stubborn! Nothing budged her!) and I would have to have a scheduled c section, Kaitlyn immediately got on the phone with me, answering questions I had about the procedure but also giving space for me to grieve the birth I had prepared for and really wanted. The day of our surgery, she showed up pre-op, there to just keep us company & help with the anxiety, even though she didn't have to. Even though I had a c-section and not a vaginal delivery, I still 100% would choose Kaitlyn to be part of our journey -- we're so tremendously grateful for who she is and how she shows up for her clients.”
- Kalsoom L.

“I am so grateful to work with Kaitlyn as we prepare for the birth of our first child. I was feeling really overwhelmed with pregnancy and the process of labor/delivery so I decided to start by signing up for Kaitlyn's Childbirth Education Class. I went into the class feeling nervous and I left the class feeling informed and empowered. I typically love to work out, and I felt confused about how to continue working out safely and effectively. Kaitlyn helped me understand the connection to my breath, core, and pelvic floor. As she continued to train me, I learned about all of the exercises I can do and how it can prepare me for birth. She helped me focus on what I could do instead of what I could not do.

Kaitlyn's knowledge and guidance has made me feel ready to give birth physically and emotionally. I recently took her 1-1 Birth Preparation session, and once again it gave me new tools and information that left me feeling ready to self advocate for myself and my baby. When you meet with Kaitlyn, you feel like you are talking to a friend - one that will be honest with you but will never judge you. Every question was welcomed, and she really took the time to address my specific needs. If you are like me and you are simultaneously thrilled and nervous, work with Kaitlyn! It's the best investment I've made in my journey to giving birth. I wish for everyone to have this experience!”

“My husband and I were introduced to Kaitlyn through a mutual friend after I was discussing the possibility of wanting to hire a doula for my first birth. I had been doing a lot of research on local doulas, but I found that I couldn’t really see myself connecting with any of them. After looking at Kaitlyn’s Instagram page I felt like I already knew her because of how open and honest she is. We scheduled a Zoom call to meet and instantly I felt connected to her! My husband, who didn’t really have an opinion on the doula topic, also felt a connection to her and was fully on board after our call.

Kaitlyn’s prenatal sessions were extremely helpful in teaching me how to connect with my breathwork, which would eventually come in handy during birth. I had my heart set on wanting an unmedicated birth, but unfortunately I had to be induced because of high blood pressure. I knew that was going to make my goal of going natural a lot harder. As soon as contractions started ramping up, I was truly in agony. Kaitlyn jumped in so fast with coping mechanisms to make me feel better and showed my husband how he could help. She remained so calm which my husband later told me helped him remain calm. All I remember saying is “I can’t do this” over and over again. Kaitlyn continued to tell me “you can do this because you are already doing it.” This is something that has stuck with me during the tough nights when I am wondering if I can really do this mom thing.

After a few hours of no epidural I knew I couldn’t tolerate the pain anymore. Kaitlyn did a wonderful job at trying to remind me of my goal of no epidural, while also being able to read that I really was done and at my limit. I appreciated so much how she wanted to give me another minute to reflect and see if I really wanted to get the epidural, but then also didn’t try to shame me when I “gave up” on that goal. Eventually I ended up with a c-section due to my baby girl not progressing as she should. Of course I was upset at this outcome, but Kaitlyn had been assuring me the entire time that I had been doing everything absolutely right when it came to pushing and my breathwork. I really believe her assurance made getting a c-section a bit of an easier pill to swallow.

Even though I didn’t get the vaginal, unmedicated birth I wanted, all of Kaitlyn’s teachings with breathwork paid off because my core is healing wonderfully which isn’t always the case post c-section. Post-delivery Kaitlyn has been amazing with checking in on me to see how I am doing physically and mentally.

If you are on the fence about hiring a doula, do it and specifically hire Kaitlyn! She is forever a part of the family and we are so grateful we met her.”

“I contacted Kaitlyn before my pregnancy was even confirmed because I knew I needed her by my side during the process. this was my first pregnancy and both my husband and I didn’t know what to expect. Throughout my pregnancy I trained with Kaitlyn. She helped prepare my body & mind for the changes ahead and the labor process, including a very insightful session on pushing technique. She included my husband in our thorough birth planning sessions, which helped to get both of us as ready as possible for the unfamiliar situation ahead. She made it very clear she truly cared and was passionate about her role in our pregnancy.

When my water broke, I didn’t know we were in for a marathon ahead. I labored for 37 hours with 4 hours of pushing before H was finally born. While the beginning was easy, once things started progressing the pain really ramped up. From the minute I decided I needed Kaitlyn at the hospital, she was on her way. She stayed with me until the end— a very long 18+ hours for her.

The medical team kept pressuring me to consider a c-section or vacuum although they knew I was strongly opposed to both. Most importantly, neither me nor my baby were in any sort of danger for me to agree to either intervention. Kaitlyn was able to get me to block out the negativity and keep me focused, especially knowing we were on a timeline. She motivated me and encouraged me to try positions and techniques I didn’t think my body was capable of. Although I met her with some resistance, she kept me moving even when i was ready to give up completely.

Kaitlyn not only took care of me, she also helped to support my husband during the process. It was hard for him to see me in so much pain and he wasn’t sure how to help. She coached him through counter pressure and relieved him when he needed to recharge. Kaitlyn managed to be his teammate and mine at the same time, a truly beautiful talent.

I distinctly remember locking in on Kaitlyn while pushing and her energy was palpable. She was able to cue me effectively, while everyone else in the room was white noise. She knew I could do it and she wouldn’t let me stop.

When H was finally born, I’ve never felt so proud of myself. It was truly euphoric to know what I was capable of and hold my baby for the first time. Kaitlyn helped us defy the odds for a beautiful + perfect delivery, something I will be forever grateful to her for. She was the best investment I’ve made to this date and I can’t recommend her enough.”
- Katherine V.

“Working with Kaitlyn was one of the best things I did for myself during pregnancy. Not only did she coach me on functional fitness and the proper muscle engagement I would need for birth and life with a newborn, she empowered me to start this new chapter of life with confidence and strength. Our sessions on labor prep were crucial-- my doctors and nurses were amazed that I only pushed for 25 minutes as a first time mom so I was singing Kaitlyn’s praises in the delivery room.

Sessions with Kaitlyn are now my top recommendation for other women at any stage of life. She is an extremely supportive and caring coach, and really one of the best investments you can make in your health and confidence. Your pelvic floor will thank you, too.

Thank you, Kaitlyn!”

”My introduction to Kaitlyn happened years ago - in a dark room, on a stationary bike, riding to Lil Wayne and EDM. She created magic in that room for anyone who was lucky enough to be a part of it. Since then I have followed Kaitlyn on her own personal journey as fitness instructor, mother, and doula. So when I became pregnant and I thought about the supporting team I was going to put together, she immediately came to mind.

I knew that there was no one else I would want to support me as a doula, simply because of who she was. Kaitlyn projects knowledge, strength, inspiration, and confidence. All of the things I wanted to have to support me through my pregnancy and delivery.

Throughout the 9-month journey Kaitlyn checked in on me often, and we had great prenatal sessions to prepare my body for the big finish line. It was a smooth pregnancy until week 37 when my baby decided to flip! I was desperate for reassurance that everything would be okay and Kaitlyn was there.

She was always there even when we didn’t talk; I found my own confidence knowing she was available for me whenever I needed it.

I ended up delivering my baby via c-section and while it wasn’t the delivery I had pictured for myself, without Kaitlyn I wouldn’t have been as mentally and physically prepared for that experience in itself. I’m forever grateful for her and highly recommend choosing her for your journey! Thank you, Kaitlyn, for being a part of mine.”
- Lauren R.

“Kaitlyn was incredible throughout my most recent pregnancy, labor and delivery. I NEVER thought I would want to (or be capable to) labor and deliver without an epidural or pain meds but I DID IT. Kaitlyn’s prenatal training sessions were useful in preparing my breath and body for labor/delivery. Kaitlyn is honest, respectful and knowledgeable. I love how she included and encouraged my husband to be active in the birthing process as well! I highly recommend Kaitlyn’s doula services.”
- Kim B

“Kaitlyn is a beautiful person inside and out. I worked with her as a Trainer from about week 12 until the day before I delivered my son (week 37!). As someone who loves heavy lifting, running and working out I was nervous for the curve balls pregnancy would throw in my routine and life. Kaitlyn made sure I was safe, but her knowledge allowed me to safely lift until I delivered and run until 34 weeks! She introduced me to a level of body awareness I did not have but she also gave me a sense of empowerment over my changing body. Her approach was to build deep strength alongside a physical and mental connection – all while best supporting the growth and delivery of a baby. Along with training, I hired her as my doula to ensure I would be as empowered as possible heading into the birth of my first child. My pregnancy journey can be best described as a roller coaster of emotions (especially towards the end) and Kaitlyn has met me where I was at every step of the way. I have walked away from every session with her feeling physically stronger and thankful for my body.

At week 34, I received news my son was breech and I would most likely have to shift my plans – Kaitlyn was there for me. She allowed me to feel all of my feelings and recognized the place I was in immediately following finding out. She provided exercises and movements that I would incorporate at home in order to try and create the best environment possible for my baby to reposition.

Needless to say, my son was stubborn and comfortable and did not reposition. After a few follow on specialist appointments, Kaitlyn said this to me, “Do you remember when I told you a few weeks ago that we would cross the Cesarean bridge when we got there? Well, we are here. We need to cross that bridge.” I was so disappointed because I had spent the previous months training for what I believed to be the ultimate athletic feat. Kaitlyn was there to remind me that regardless of method of delivery I did all of the right things and I should not feel shame or guilt. Instead of saying “all that matters is a healthy baby” she allowed me to grieve the loss of my preferred delivery plan.

Today, one month after the birth of my son, I am at peace with his birth. The months of preparation I did with Kaitlyn to prepare for a natural delivery have been perfectly applicable to my cesarean recovery (also a major athletic feat!). I feel strong. I feel brave and I have Kaitlyn to thank for her training, her doula services and her guidance. She gave me a safe space to be vulnerable and walked through every step of this journey with me.”

“I started working with Kaitlyn when I was 12 weeks pregnant both to physically train for a strong and healthy pregnancy as well as learning through her doula services about the journey on which I was about to embark.  As a first time mom who had experienced a lost pregnancy very recently, and a rather analytical person, I was nervous and wanted all the info all the time.  Kaitlyn is a source of thoughtful and well researched information while balancing an open mind and gentle approach to every question and emotion.  My husband participated in every doula session and his engagement with Kaitlyn created a foundation of mutual education and understanding about how we wanted to bring our baby into the world.  On the day of delivery, I felt calm and confident that we had prepared diligently and I knew that no matter what happened at the hospital, my husband, Kaitlyn, and I were all on the same page and my wishes would be advocated for if I couldn’t do it myself. With her support we had the natural labor and spontaneous birth that I wanted so very much.  It truly was a partnership between the three of us.  While Kaitlyn managed the phases of labor with me - suggesting positions for efficient contracting and dilation, ensuring the doctor was taking measures to prevent tearing, taking pictures of the final moment before the baby arrived, etc, my husband was able to support me emotionally and be present to take in all that was happening. I attribute so much of the confidence I felt as my due date grew closer to the work I did with Kaitlyn.  She is an incredible person, resource, advocate, educator, and cheerleader and will undoubtedly work with her again during future pregnancies.”

“My husband and I couldn't be more thankful that we were able to have Kaitlyn as our doula throughout our prenatal, birth and postnatal experience. During the prenatal visits, Kaitlyn created a safe space for my husband and I to ask all the questions, providing compassionate and studied answers. Kaitlyn also taught me how to 'push like an athlete' which allowed me to use my body efficiently and effectively, resulting in only a tiny tear and a fast recovery postpartum! Throughout the process, Kaitlyn focused on empowering me and my husband to advocate for ourselves by providing evidence based options and recommendations when decisions needed to be made which allowed us to make informed decisions as a team.

Kaitlyn also has a true gift for including your partner throughout the whole process. From beginning to end, Kaitlyn included my husband in conversations, created space for him to ask questions, and always supported his participation in labor and delivery (he even learned how to give counter pressure)! We couldn't imagine our birthing experience without Kaitlyn, and couldn't give a higher recommendation!! She's truly a rockstar angel who provided an amazing experience from start to finish for our family.”
- Jordan S

“I’ve been training with Kaitlyn since May 2020.  When my first daughter was born, in 2019, we were living in Denmark, where you work with midwives, instead of doctors, throughout your pregnancy and delivery.  Given my experience of an individualized handling of pregnancy and labor, there was no question that I wanted a similar experience.  I chose to work with Kaitlyn, as my Doula during my second pregnancy and delivery this past August.  I was looking for someone that I was not only comfortable being at my most vulnerable with, but also someone that carried a wealth of knowledge around prenatal care.  Kaitlyn checked every single box – further, she went beyond what I could have imagined.

In addition to our continued training sessions and her being present for the birth of our second daughter, which I will come back to, she also spent the time to educate me and help me prepare my body for labor.  Our prep consisted of physical training and breathwork (learning how to fully incorporate your pelvic floor) as well as candid discussions about what I wanted from my delivery.  Once in labor, and driving to the hospital, my husband and I kept chatting about how calm we both felt – I really felt like I was in good hands and had the best advocate in Kaitlyn.  In addition to my husband knowing what I wanted from my delivery as well as my concerns, Kaitlyn also knew this and together I had a great support system.  Despite the decision to take the epidural, Kaitlyn was able to continuously help me change positions and work towards moving baby further down. Finally, when it came time to pushing she guided me, as well as my husband, through the 25 minutes it lasted. In our sessions prior to labor, she would joke and tell me that I was going to be so annoyed with her constant reminders to inhale, tighten my core and exhale.  Instead, I found each finger-tap on my stomach a comforting and helpful nudge to tap into all of the pre-work we did.

At the end of the day, my biggest concern was injury during labor and not remembering utilizing all of our preparation.  Pushing lasted a total of 25 minutes, active and inactive, and I had ZERO injury – I attribute all of this to my work with Kaitlyn and her persistence on activating the proper muscles, advocating for your own health, and taking an individualized approach to navigating pregnancy and labor.

I can only say incredible things about my experience. During my post-partum period I have often got the urge to praise Kaitlyn to every woman I know that is thinking about pregnancy or currently pregnant. I am so happy with our decision to work with her and so fortunate that we experienced another beautiful labor and delivery despite not everything going to plan.”
- Devin

“I’ve followed Kaitlyn for a few years because I was a mom already and in the fitness world. I always loved how knowledgeable she was and also the message of being bold, powerful and unapologetic. Once I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd, I just knew I wanted to work with her. Luckily I was able to hire her as not only my doula, but as my coach as well. Throughout the process she was genuine and supportive. I had a very rough pregnancy and she was there to help me through, both physically and mentally. I learned so much about the birth process and how we have a lot of say in our preferences. All in all, I was super grateful to have Kaitlyn by my side in the process.”
- Jessica D.

“Words cannot begin to describe how appreciative I am that I worked with Kaitlyn throughout my pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Through our training she helped me feel fully prepared for labor. She introduced exercise modifications, mentally prepared me for the physical changes of pregnancy, and was a voice of reason whenever I had questions. Kaitlyn is great at sharing the research-based answers to your questions with no judgement. She is flexible and understanding of expecting mom’s schedules and brings a smile to everything she does!

My husband and I were beyond grateful to have Kaitlyn on our team as our doula during the delivery of our daughter. We relied on her to translate the medical jargon and advocate for our birth plan. After my induction started, my contractions stalled. Kaitlyn’s training and understanding of the medical process helped get our little girl moving naturally. She stayed with us the whole time, coaching my husband and I through different labor positions/ counter pressures, breathing techniques, and prepping us for what was coming next. Kaitlyn knew when to offer help and when to take a step back. She was extremely respectful of our doctors and nurses while offering support and advocating for our wishes.

Beyond her work as a trainer and doula, Kaitlyn is a wonderful role model of what motherhood looks like. She shows new mamas we can balance life with a young family AND prioritize self care. More than anything, it has been amazing having someone so reliable and kind in my corner. I HIGHLY recommend working with Kaitlyn-she is truly spectacular!”
- Catherine H.

“I met Kaitlyn when her client was my patient! I am a labor and delivery nurse at Sibley. She was the MOST supportive, soothing, caring, and respectful doula I have EVER met! Her presence was so greatly appreciated. Immensely helpful and empowering. She has energy like no other. I asked Kaitlyn for her contact info for whenever my day to have a baby comes :) I can’t wait to work with her again soon!”
-Madison D.

“My friend gifted me a session with Kaitlyn for my baby shower and I am so glad I was able to be connected with someone who specializes in both prenatal and postpartum fitness like Kaitlyn. I had an easy pregnancy and have always been very active, so I expected to recover quickly and in the process – I pushed myself too hard too soon after giving birth to my daughter which led to a longer (and more painful) recovery process. Working with Kaitlyn for my postpartum journey has been incredibly reassuring as she is incredibly knowledgeable about postpartum fitness; I am confident that her goal is to always make sure my body is safe and ready for whatever challenges she has planned for me during our sessions. It has also been rewarding, as I have seen myself grow stronger, slowly but surely over time. Her firsthand experience as a young mother also makes her incredibly relatable especially during covid times when I don’t really have opportunities to meet other young moms.”
- Julia P.

“Kaitlyn was suggested to me and my partner by a good friend and after one intro call, there was no turning back. As a first time (pregnant) mom, the amount of ease, education, and confidence that Kaitlyn has instilled in both me and my husband is truly priceless. I have gone from being incredibly scared of this entire process, to feeling confident that my body has my back, I can advocate for myself, and that this journey is truly a magical one. I truly could not recommend Kaitlyn more as a doula - she has made my first pregnancy a truly beautiful experience and she has made me feel SO empowered for labor and delivery.”
- Taylor H.

“I couldn’t imagine experiencing my first pregnancy journey without Kaitlyn. As an active person, I knew I wanted to continue my frequent workouts but through safe modifications for me and baby. I was able to do this and more with her guidance and coaching! She taught me the fundamentals of breath work and pelvic floor engagement all the way to creative and effective workouts to keep this mama feeling worked.  If it wasn’t for Kaitlyn, I doubt I would have felt confident to continue my weight lifting regimen 5x a week .. all the way to the morning of my delivery.

Kaitlyn was so helpful and informative that it was a natural transition to seek her doula services for my labor and delivery. She provided constant open communication, advocacy and coaching for not only me but my husband. She allowed my husband to be present with me while also ensuring constant support for my L&D needs. Long story short, I know my work with Kaitlyn is what led to a 7 hour labor & 20 min delivery for the birth of my FIRST child.

Whether it’s for health & wellness or prenatal & postnatal care .. I can’t recommend Kaitlyn enough!”
