• Virtual Doula support

For the family who wishes to work with Kaitlyn out of state or maybe you want to have the touchstone without the extra body in the room!

Over the course of 4 prenatals you will receive childbirth education, we will write your birth preferences together, and you will learn how to advocate for your desired birth outcomes.

Support will be available via text, phone call, and video during the duration of your labor and delivery.

On call support from 38-42 weeks.

  • Postpartum Support

We often spend so much time preparing for pregnancy and childbirth and we forget to plan for postpartum. This season of life deserves support, too.

Postpartum support can take many forms but the emphasis is on aiding you in transitioning into “mother” with support and confidence.

A doula can cook, clean, support siblings/pets, help with your newborn, be a listening ear, and so much more.

Daytime support is available on a limited basis.

  • 60m Consultations

An hour of time dedicated to whatever YOU need to feel supported and prepared for childbirth.

This is a perfect way to:
    Calm nerves
    Learn tips for self advocacy
    Understand your rights and options
Ask the questions you don’t quite feel comfortable asking anyone else
    etc…

This is also a great gift for the mom-to-be in your life.

  • Push Prep Session

This session is for the mom who wants to better understand the mechanics of the second stage of labor - pushing.

You will learn how the inner unit works to deliver babies, what positions are available to you for pushing, how to maximize maternal positioning for your comfort and efficiency, and how to prepare the pelvic floor for childbirth.

It is recommended to complete this session between weeks 35-37.

This virtual session usually runs 50-60 minutes.
