THE FIT DOULA METHOD

I believe in helping women tap into their power and take ownership of the endless opportunities of motherhood.
When I work with my clients, there are very few rules, and a hell of a lot of possibilities.

Motherhood does not have to be limiting.

Does this sound familiar?

✓ Tired of the restrictions and “rules” surrounding prenatal and postpartum movement?

✓ Desiring an empowered and supported birth?

✓ Want to be an authority in your birth space?

✓ Want to learn how to maximize movement during childbirth?

✓ Unsure of your options during your labor and delivery experience?

✓ Want to take on motherhood with confidence?

I’ll help you with all of this and more.

02 CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION

NOT YOUR AVERAGE CHILDBIRTH ED.

In my many years as DC's go-to pre/postnatal personal trainer and as a birth doula, I have come to find that there is a huge need for comprehensive education. My goal is to bring you the tools you need to birth with body confidence, informed consent, and an empowered voice!

  • Together with your partner we will collaborate on your birth preferences as we approach childbirth education chronologically from the onset of labor through postpartum.

In our time together, we will discuss a wide variety of topics related to hormones, the various stages of labor, how to advocate as a patient, what your rights and options are in labor and delivery, risk/benefit analysis of all possible interventions, how to set yourself up for success in postpartum, and more!

After our time together, you will receive a template for your birth preferences to take with you to the hospital.

    $350/1 session.
    $600/2 sessions.
    $750/3 sessions.

*I recommend at least 2 sessions.

  • This one hour session is a great fit for the mom who wants to talk through a few key topics in their birth prep, wants an extra set of eyes on their "birth plan," wants to calm anxieties leading up to labor, etc.

This session is tailored by your needs. How can I support you?

    $200/hour.

  • No new cohorts upcoming. Stay tuned for the next roll out!

LET'S GO GIRLS.

LET'S GO GIRLS.

“Kaitlyn’s approach is centered on a deep understanding of what the body goes through in growing and delivering a baby,

which I’ve found is a completely unique skillset that is often overlooked or misunderstood across the fitness industry.

-Kim.

“Kaitlyn’s birth education was absolutely necessary during my pregnancy!

She taught me everything I needed to know to advocate for myself in the hospital and everything I needed to do to prepare my body for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. She is so enjoyable to work with and talk to, and made me feel very confident giving birth.”
